Wow, where do we even start! We cannot say enough positive things about Celin and Bobby! From our weekly meetings to the wedding day, Celin and Bobby made the entire process as seamless as it could be. Celin always came prepared to each meeting with timelines, vendor updates, and to-do lists going into that week. There are things we never would have once even thought of until Celin mentioned it that made all the difference on our wedding day. Even though our wedding was in an area that neither Celin nor I had any experience planning in, Celin made sure to make herself familiar with all of our vendors. Now onto the day of the wedding. Wow, wow, wow. Celin and Bobby were so detailed, thorough, and thoughtful in everything they did. Celin, and A Cord of Three group, were a highlight of not only our wedding day but our wedding process. She literally held our hand throughout the planning process and took care of us from the start until the very last moment of our wedding day. She genuinely has become a part of our family and took things on herself to make sure everything we wanted for our wedding day went as planned. Through the planning process, she constantly met with us on a consistent basis and offered, not just insight, but ideas that we did not know were even possible. She took so much angst off of us by handling things with our vendors and even looked for possible solutions to problems. Even for problems we did not know existed, she handled them. Yes, family threw curveballs throughout the process, but she handled them with grace and a sense of calmness that helped us feel like it was not a big deal. She has seen it all and taken care of it all! During our wedding day, Bobby and Celin were the first on scene. They recognized potential issues and constantly checked in with us. They worked like a well-oiled and maintained team!! Nathan: Bobby came to my room early in the morning, food in hand, OJ at the ready, and knew what to do without being prompted by myself or my groomsmen/family. Bobby took it on himself to get the room, Manthrakodi tray, shoes, ties, pins, etc all ready for pictures. Everyone who came to my room to get ready saw his work and were extremely impressed with his work. It made it seamless for when the photographers came to take pictures. Believe me, I was nervous for the wedding day, but he offered so much solace and peace with his demeanor and words of advice that I was able to walk down the aisle with no worries about the rest of the day. I trusted him and he definitely delivered!! Sonya: Celin is truly an angel in disguise. I felt an immense sense of peace truly because of Celin's peaceful demeanor she exudes during such a crucial, and yes, stressful event. She kept everyone on schedule and meticulously allotted enough time for every event of the day. She took the effort to lay out food for the wedding party and help in every possible way. She was extremely proactive and prevented any issues from arising. She communicated with the other vendors with a professional respect, and went out of her way to ensure our wedding day was INCREDIBLE, which it truly was due to A Cord of Three. The weekly meetings were some of the best times of the week and each time we met with Celin, the stress of wedding planning was relieved. They were so attentive to our wants and concerns and took a load of stress off the wedding planning process. The weekly meetings kept us on track with what we needed to do each week and Celin's suggestions helped us have a the perfect American/Malayalee/Malaysian wedding! Celin made sure the timeline was perfect and was so flexible with us, especially when we kept changing our minds. She contacted vendors, coordinated the fine details of our ceremony and reception, and made sure all our vendors were on the same page. Celin was an absolute delight to work with. She genuinely cares about you as a couple and wants to help provide your dream wedding. We would recommend her to anyone within a heartbeat. We hired her as our day-of-coordinator. We started weekly meetings with her roughly 4 months prior to the wedding. These meetings were super helpful to ensure that we were hitting key milestones, staying on track, and not forgetting about anything. She used her expertise to provide insights, and her positive personality to keep us levelheaded but excited during the very stressful (but very rewarding) wedding planning. She went above and beyond to help us communicate with difficult vendors and even helped recommend us vendors through her network. Celin showed up at the hotel in the morning before the hair/makeup even started. She helped ensure that the vendor stayed on time. When a slight mishap happened with my mom’s makeup, Celin quickly noticed that I was almost on the verge of tears and was able to quickly and calmly ask the artist to fix it. Bobby arrived at the groom’s house early morning, brought coffee, ensured that the groom had everything necessary and looked his best (emergency lint roller for the win), and made sure the photographers and groom's family had everything they needed. He provided transportation for the groom's mother to the hotel for her hair and makeup. When ordered food was dropped off, he set it up for everyone to enjoy. Bobby remained very calm throughout the day, helped the groomsmen with their ties and pocket squares, and made sure the groom and his party were on time for everything. Might be the earliest a groom and party ever got to the church! Throughout the whole day, Celin & Bobby kept everything timely and on track while still being polite and respectful. All the vendors (venue, photographer, decorator, etc.) loved working with her. There were no timing issues for our wedding thanks to their diligence. Both sets of parents absolutely adored Celin & Bobby. The parents still randomly mention how great they were! The bridal party also loved working with them and had a very positive experience. And after such a great experience with our wedding, one of our groomsmen hired Celin to coordinate his wedding this year. We have absolutely no complaints about Celin. This was the best decision we made during our wedding planning. Once again, we would recommend her 1000 times.

When we hired them, we knew we were getting the best in the business but what we didn’t expect was how much A Cord of Three would go above and beyond to make our lives so smooth. Absolutely the best decision of our wedding day planning was going with A Cord of Three and having Celin and Bobby as our right hand people!

We went into our wedding planning with the same thought that most people have, which is, "we don't need a planner, we got this!" However, it became clear quite fast that there are a lot of moving parts to this whole thing, and while we may be able to handle a good portion of it, we will definitely need someone to help us out for the "day of" activities.

Through God's good grace, we ran into Celin and Bobby while attending another wedding. We spoke for a bit and being able to watch them in action really sold it for us. We spoke with them about our own upcoming wedding, and they graciously offered to help with no hesitation.

Celin greeted us generously and patiently every week prior to the wedding through our zoom meetings. She was always pleasant and accommodating to our thoughts and questions no matter how silly they were. Celin really kept us on track and really had us focus and mold our numerous thoughts into what we actually wanted. Celin's knowledge of the major and minor vendors in the wedding industry is astounding. She really helped us tailor our vendors to the one that would fit our vision the best.

On the day of the wedding, Celin was the first one to arrive at the Bride's home where she made sure everything was on schedule and according to plan. She went above and beyond from helping to clean up to settling down crying children. Similarly, Bobby arrived at the Groom's home early and without any hesitation helped out with everything like part of the family. All the while, they both stayed on top of the vendors and kept them to a schedule, which is definitely not an easy task. On the way to the church, we ran into an issue with a vendor but with no hesitation, Celin told us to don't worry and she would handle it and she absolutely did. These are things you don't plan for but Celin was ready and willing for anything to come up. From the beginning of the ceremony till closing time at the reception venue, Celin and Bobby were on point. Celin was making sure everything went according to plan and Bobby made sure we had everything we needed or wanted for ourselves. We honestly had no idea how much behind the scenes work there is to be done and so thankful to have Bobby and Celin with us on our special day.

We cannot recommend Celin and Bobby enough! Everyone who complimented us on our wedding, we always say it's because of Celin and Bobby. Even traditional parents who don't see the need for a planner, realized the work and amazing help it truly is. If you're on the fence on needing a planner or even a day of planner, don't even think twice, you want to enjoy your day and not worry about dealing with vendors, payments, accidents and timelines then A Cord of Three is the way to go.

Celin and Bobby! Where do I start? They are more than just wedding coordinators is an understatement. I have heard a lot of horror stories from friends and family about wedding coordinators but I was soo surprised by them for our first encounter. From the first day, I connected with Celin over a phone call we instantly connected. She made sure that I was on track with all the planning with had left and offered to give me ideas and suggestions as we approached closer to the big day. Once we got to the month before the wedding, we connected more often and they made sure both me and my husband were on track. The day before and the day of the wedding, wow they went above and beyond my expectations. They were handling everything that was thrown at them with grace and without stressing me or my husband out. My make-up artist didn't show up on time that day and they were already a step ahead in reaching out and maintaining communication with all of my vendors. Celin took the time out to understand my vision and helped me even decide on my photographer and she was with me during each step of the way. Bobby always made sure that we were both fed and comfortable. He made sure to help out when guests couldn't find their names on the seating chart. He came to our rehearsal and took care of all the things that were needed during the wedding day and was set up in the right spot.
